Noom Med prints $249 a month for its full-dose plan. The line under it says "billed quarterly."

After the $129 first month, Noom charges three months at once. That's $747 on one card.

Noom isn't alone. Lemonaid Health sells compounded semaglutide for $299 month to month, or $249 a month on a three-month plan. The monthly plan adds a $49 membership. Ro's membership is "as low as $74/mo" on an annual prepaid plan, which is $888 paid up front. Month to month it's $149, and the medication is billed on top. Our chart lists the month-to-month total: $348 at Lemonaid, $448 at Ro.

Before you enter a card, find the words "billed" and "prepaid" on the pricing page and do the multiplication. Our 12-month totals have done it for every program. If you might stop early, check who lets you cancel any month.

The small print moved this week too

Lilly's Zepbound savings page now prints one self-pay price, "starting at $299." The small print says the 2.5mg starting dose it buys "is not approved as a maintenance dose."

Ro's crossed-out price beside the Zepbound pen fell from $1,087 to $499 in a week. The pen itself is still $299 a month.

Nothing on the chart moved this week. $149 has been the cheapest price on it for 15 checks running. Since May 25 we've logged 32 price changes across 22 programs.

Compounded semaglutide is made by a licensed compounding pharmacy to a prescription. The FDA does not review it for safety, effectiveness or quality, and it is not Wegovy or Ozempic.
