How the price works
A month's supply is four single-dose vials or one four-dose KwikPen. Eli Lilly charges the same for both at each dose.
The 45 days on the $449 refill offer count from the day your last order was delivered. A late refill pays the regular price, $499 at 7.5mg or $699 at 10mg to 15mg.

What the savings card does to this price
The Zepbound savings card takes you to $25 for a 1, 2 or 3-month prescription (annual max $1,300), according to GLP Chart's check of Eli Lilly's published card terms on October 17, 2026. It does not apply to the LillyDirect cash price. The card runs through commercial insurance.
