What the prices include
Hone Health prices each medication by the month and bills a membership on top. Its menopause page lists Estrace estradiol cream at $40, progesterone at $49, estradiol patch at $58, estradiol gel at $58 and Vagifem at $65. Bi-est cream is $80 a month; it is compounded, not FDA-approved. The membership is $25 a month for Basic or $155 a month for Premium, and you start with a $65 lab test. The page does not say which tier a menopause prescription needs.
Sesame Care charges $59 a month for its menopause subscription: video visits, messaging and basic labs if your provider orders them. Medication is extra: your prescription goes to a local pharmacy and you pay for it there; your insurance may cover it.
Strut Health lists progesterone capsules, estradiol capsules and progesterone cream, all compounded and not FDA-approved. Its menopause page prints no price.
Every product here is prescription only, written after an online visit with a licensed clinician.
