Lilly sells Foundayo, its once-a-day GLP-1 pill, for $149 a month at the lowest dose and $299 at the top doses if you refill within 45 days, otherwise $349. You need a prescription.

How much does Foundayo cost without insurance?
Lilly charges $149 to $349 a month, by dose, at its regular prices. Today: $149 at 0.8mg, $149 at 2.5mg, $199 at 5.5mg, $299 at 9mg, $299 at 14.5mg, $299 at 17.2mg. A month is 30 days.
Why is Foundayo $299 at 14.5mg and 17.2mg only sometimes?
At 14.5mg and 17.2mg the $299 price holds only if you refill within 45 days of your last delivery. A later refill pays the regular $349.
Will the lower doses cost more in 2027?
Lilly says the 2.5mg and 5.5mg prices are temporarily reduced through December 31, 2026. Its regular prices are $199 at 2.5mg and $299 at 5.5mg.
