How this directory works
The data comes from ClinicalTrials.gov, the US federal registry for clinical research. We pull active and pre-active GLP-1 trials (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, retatrutide, survodutide, orforglipron, cagrisema and related molecules) plus studies of GLP-1 effects on conditions like obesity, type 2 diabetes, MASH, sleep apnea, CKD, and cardiovascular disease.
We sync the data quarterly. To verify a trial is still recruiting before you contact a site, click the ClinicalTrials.gov link on the trial page. That registry is the official source of truth.
How to enroll in a clinical trial
- Find a clinical trial below or take the matching quiz. Read the eligibility criteria. The key inclusion and exclusion items are the ones the trial coordinator will check first.
- Find a site location near you. We list every US site with city, state, and contact information when the sponsor publishes it.
- Contact the site directly using the phone or email on the trial page. Tell them you read about the trial on GLP Chart and you want to be screened.
- Screening typically involves a phone call, a clinic visit, and sometimes blood work. Most trials cover the cost of screening and trial-related medical care. Some sites compensate participants for their time; the trial coordinator explains what each site offers.
- If you do not qualify for the trial you contacted, ask the site coordinator about other trials they run. Many sites run multiple GLP-1 studies at once and can route you to a better fit.
A few legal notes
GLP Chart is not affiliated with any of the sponsors or sites listed. We do not enroll patients in trials. We do not receive payment for any individual enrollment as of the date of this directory. Future commercial relationships with clinical research organizations may exist; if so they will be disclosed here and in the affiliate disclosure.
Participating in a clinical trial is a serious medical decision. Talk to your existing healthcare provider before enrolling. Trial coordinators are required by federal regulation to walk you through informed consent before you join.
