Lock-in and how to cancel
- Cancel anytime
No minimum term. The membership is billed each month, and the drug is billed month to month at $299. The $249 rate needs a 3-month plan, and compounded tirzepatide carries a 6-month rate at $229.
How to cancel: Stop the refills and you are done. There is no exit fee. It takes no insurance, only HSA and FSA cards.
Which drugs you can get
Compounded semaglutide comes from a partner compounding pharmacy that Lemonaid does not name publicly. Branded Wegovy and Ozempic are billed separately, cash-pay. Zepbound vials come through LillyDirect at Lilly's price.
A licensed US pharmacy makes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved and they are not Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality, and their formulation, including the salt form, can differ from the approved drug. Confirm the active ingredient and the pharmacy with the prescriber. The FDA removed semaglutide from the drug-shortage list in February 2025, which narrowed the legal basis for routine 503A compounding of exact-copy semaglutide. Lemonaid Health uses a personalized-formulation model: the compound adds an active ingredient such as vitamin B12. Some state pharmacy boards tightened oversight through 2025 and 2026. Lemonaid Health does not publicly name the pharmacy that compounds its GLP-1 medications. This is a transparency gap, not a statement about medication safety. Questions worth asking any program: is the pharmacy a named 503A or 503B facility, is it US-licensed, does it carry independent accreditation (PCAB, NABP), and does it provide sterility and potency testing results on request?
Program status uncertain as of 2026-06: parent 23andMe filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March 2025 and Lemonaid Health was excluded from the Regeneron acquisition deal. 503B model was their 2024 language; current operating status unverified.
