How we read them
- Trustpilot scores and BBB grades are read again every Monday. Quotes, themes and app ratings were read by hand on Oct 22, 2026.
- Most mentioned is a keyword count over the last 20 English reviews on Trustpilot: shipping, billing, cancelling, customer service, results, and dose or pharmacy changes. One review can count twice.
- Reviews counted adds Trustpilot reviews and BBB customer reviews. App ratings sit on each program page, because they rate a whole app.
- Where a review page covers a whole company, such as Walgreens or Noom, the row says so.
- We quote reviewers in a sentence, with a link, and never copy reviews in bulk. Reviews left here go up only after we read them.
Our score is a separate thing: five parts, set from each program's published terms. How we score. The pharmacies behind compounded programs, with their FDA letters, are on one page.
