Verdict

Ivim sits between the flat rate at Henry and the depth of care at Form. One membership buys you a real branded route or a cheaper compounded one. Pay for four or six months at once and the price per month drops, but you are tied in.

Pros

  • One membership buys either route, branded or compounded. You do not have to pick up front.
  • You get a first prescription in three days on average, after a live video visit.
  • It runs clinics as well as telehealth, if you live near one.
  • Members say it moves them up the dose ladder quickly.
  • You can pay with an HSA or FSA card.

Cons

  • The $175/mo price means paying $600 up front for six months, with nothing back once it ships.
  • It posts no month-to-month price for the drug. The 4-month supply, $499, is what our figure uses, and paying up front works like a lock-in.
  • You cannot see branded prices until the consult.
  • You do not always see the same clinician.
  • You cannot sign up if you live in Louisiana or Mississippi.
Best for

People who want to pick between a branded and a compounded GLP-1 inside one program.

Not for

Anyone who hates paying months up front, or who wants one flat bill each month.

What you pay

About $200/mo: a $75/mo membership, free the first month, plus $499 for a 4-month supply of semaglutide, or about $125/mo. The 6-month supply, $600 or about $100/mo, brings the total to about $175/mo but ties up more cash.

Lock-in and how to cancel

  • 4-mo prepay

The $200/mo headline is the 4-month block, the least you can pay up front. The 6-month block brings it to about $175/mo.

How to cancel: The membership is month to month. The drug is sold in 4 or 6-month blocks, paid up front, and once it ships you get nothing back for the months you do not use.

Which drugs you can get

Branded routed through retail pharmacies on insurance or cash. Compounded sourced through partner 503A pharmacies under personalization claims.

About compounded GLP-1 in 2026.

A licensed US pharmacy makes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved and they are not Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality, and their formulation, including the salt form, can differ from the approved drug. Confirm the active ingredient and the pharmacy with the prescriber. The FDA removed semaglutide from the drug-shortage list in February 2025, which narrowed the legal basis for routine 503A compounding of exact-copy semaglutide. Ivim Health uses a personalized-formulation model: the compound adds an active ingredient such as vitamin B12. Some state pharmacy boards tightened oversight through 2025 and 2026. For the full background see our compounded vs FDA-approved breakdown.

Where it's compounded

PharmacyNot publicly disclosed
Regulatory modelNot specified
AccreditationClaims 'USP/PCAB-compliant' but does not name the pharmacy
DisclosureNot publicly disclosed
SourcePrimary source →

Ivim Health does not publicly name the pharmacy that compounds its GLP-1 medications. This is a transparency gap, not a statement about medication safety. Questions worth asking any program: is the pharmacy a named 503A or 503B facility, is it US-licensed, does it carry independent accreditation (PCAB, NABP), and does it provide sterility and potency testing results on request?

FDA warning letter WL-721816 (February 20, 2026) for misbranding. Ivim does not name its compounding pharmacy.

How long it takes to start

Visit type: Live video visit with nurse practitioner or physician.
What they ask for: Medical history, baseline labs (Ivim can order), short video visit, weight check..

Ivim Health reviews: what members report

Treated as a credible mid-tier choice. Buyers who do the math on the 6-month bundle stay; those expecting Henry-style simplicity get frustrated by prepay terms.

What works

  • Branded option available
  • Bundle pricing competitive
  • Clinic and telehealth hybrid
  • Quick titration support

What to watch

  • Prepay tiers feel like lock-in
  • Refund policy strict on shipped med
  • Branded pricing opaque until consult
  • Inconsistent provider matching

Frequently asked questions

Is Ivim Health legit?
Yes. Ivim Health is a real, operating GLP-1 telehealth service that connects you with a licensed US clinician and a pharmacy. On our independent review it scores 7.4 out of 10, graded on pricing transparency, cancellation terms, onboarding, medication options and member reviews. Its cash price starts at $200/mo. Its terms are 4-mo prepay, so read the cancellation policy before you sign up. To decide whether it fits your budget and needs, read the verdict and the full score breakdown above.
Is Ivim Health a scam?
No. We found no evidence that Ivim Health is a scam. It is a functioning telehealth program with licensed prescribers, real medication and a published cancellation policy, not a fake storefront. The caveats are in our score of 7.4 out of 10: the lock-in terms and the maintenance-dose total are the things to check before you commit. Compare it against the rest of the chart before deciding.
Can I get branded Wegovy or Zepbound through Ivim?
Yes. Ivim will send a branded GLP-1 script to a pharmacy counter, billed to your plan or paid with a maker's savings card. What you pay swings a lot with your coverage.
What happens if I cancel mid-bundle?
You can stop the shipments to come, but the block you paid for is not refunded once any of it has shipped. Switch to month to month first if you want to avoid that.
Do they have physical clinics?
Ivim runs both telehealth and clinics you can walk into, in some markets. Telehealth covers every state where it holds a license.
