GLP-1 programs you can cancel anytime: the no-fee, no-contract list for 2026

Most GLP-1 telehealth programs let you cancel online with no fee. A handful do not, and the ones that bury a 12-month lock or a phone-only cancellation are the ones that cost people money. Here is the verified breakdown for all 25 programs we track.

The short answer. Of the 25 programs we track, most are true month-to-month: you cancel online, you owe nothing past the cycle you already paid for. The exceptions are the ones to know before you sign. WeightWatchers Clinic ties its promo rate to a 12-month commitment, has no self-serve cancel button (you have to phone support), and the cancellation does not take effect until the term ends. Found charges a $99 early-termination fee if you leave its multi-month plan before the minimum. Calibrate takes $597 upfront for the first three months and is restrictive on refunds after month one. Several others (Ivim, Eden) are month-to-month on the membership but lock the discounted medication price behind a prepay tier you cannot refund once the medication ships.

Across the category, "cancel anytime" is the marketing line on nearly every homepage. It is true for most programs and misleading for a few. The difference that matters is not the slogan. It is three specific things: whether there is a minimum term, whether you can cancel yourself or have to call, and whether any money you already paid is refundable. We verified all three for every program on our chart in May 2026.

The cancellation terms, program by program

The table below sorts by how friendly the exit is. "Clean exit" means month-to-month, self-serve online cancellation, no termination fee. "Has a catch" means there is a prepay tier, a minimum term, or a refund restriction worth reading first. "Locks you in" means a real multi-month commitment you cannot leave without paying.

ProgramCommitmentExitWhat actually happens when you cancel
Mochi HealthMonth-to-monthClean exitOnline self-serve cancellation, no fee. Medication you already have is yours; the pharmacy does not refund unused medication, which is standard across the category.
9amHealthMonth-to-monthClean exitCancel anytime from the app or support, no prepay tiers, no termination fee, pro-rata refund for the unused period. One of the few that refunds.
MedviMonth-to-monthClean exitNo annual commitment, cancel anytime online with no fee. Billed every 28 days, so time your cancellation before the next cycle.
Noom MedMonth-to-monthClean exitSelf-serve online cancel, no fee. The medication tier is billed quarterly, so you pay out the current 12-week cycle. The common complaint is the app and the Med tier renewing separately, not a fee.
Lemonaid HealthPer-visitClean exitPer-visit billing, no subscription. You cancel by stopping refills. No exit fee.
Hims & HersMonth-to-monthRead the renewalSelf-serve online cancel, no exit fee. But auto-renewal is on by default, it renews at $149/mo after the $39 first month, and surprise-renewal billing is the single most-cited complaint. Cancel before the renewal date, not after.
Ro BodyMonth-to-monthRead the renewalSelf-serve online cancel, no fee. The catch is pricing, not exit: the lowest membership ($74/mo) requires annual prepay. The $39 is one month only, then $149/mo without prepay.
PlushCareMonth-to-monthWatch the free trialSelf-serve online cancel. The trap is the 30-day free trial that auto-converts to $19.99/mo. Set a calendar reminder before you sign up.
Ivim HealthPrepay tierHas a catchMembership is month-to-month, but the discounted medication price requires a 3-, 6-, or 12-month prepay with no refund on unused months once the medication has shipped.
Eden3-month minimumHas a catchThe cheapest ongoing price sits on a 3-month plan. The monthly plan costs more per month but has no minimum. No membership fee either way.
FoundMulti-month plan$99 fee to leave earlyThe lowest rate is on a multi-month commitment. Leave the biannual plan before the minimum and you are charged a $99 early-termination fee. Membership is refundable only within 3 days of purchase or before your first consult.
Calibrate3-month minimum$597 upfront, restrictive refunds$597 charged upfront for the first three months, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. Refunds are restrictive after the initial month. Built around insurance, so cash-pay patients rarely come out ahead here.
WeightWatchers Clinic12-month commitmentLocks you inThe promo rate requires a 12-month commitment. There is no self-serve cancel; you must phone support. And the cancellation does not take effect until the end of the 12-month term, so you keep paying until then.
Embla12-month curriculumLocks you inDesigned as a 12-month structured curriculum. Cancel early and you lose access to the remaining content. Individual self-pay terms are not published; the model is built for employers.

The three things "cancel anytime" hides

1. A minimum term you only see at checkout

The lowest advertised price is often the one tied to a commitment. WeightWatchers Clinic, Calibrate, Found, Eden, and Ivim all publish a headline rate that assumes you stay for a set period. Found's gap is the clearest: leave the biannual plan before the minimum and the $99 termination fee lands on your card. If you are not sure you will stay six months, the monthly plan is cheaper than the early-exit penalty, even though the per-month number looks higher.

2. A cancellation you cannot do yourself

Self-serve online cancellation is the norm. It is also the feature that separates a clean program from a frustrating one. WeightWatchers Clinic is the outlier on our chart that requires a phone call to support, and that call is widely described as a retention conversation rather than a one-click exit. When the cancellation also waits until the end of a 12-month term to take effect, the phone requirement compounds the problem.

3. Money you already paid that does not come back

Two refund rules show up again and again. First, shipped medication is almost never refundable, at any program, including the clean-exit ones. That is standard pharmacy practice, not a red flag. Second, prepaid months are a different story. On the prepay tiers at Ivim, Calibrate, and Found, the money for unused months is gone once medication has shipped. Only 9amHealth, on our current read, offers a pro-rata refund for the unused period. If refundability matters to you, that is the short list.

How to leave without paying anything extra

  1. Cancel before the next billing date, not after. Most programs bill in 28- or 30-day cycles. Cancelling the day after a charge means you have already paid for the coming cycle and there is usually no refund. Check your renewal date in account settings first.
  2. If you are on a free trial, treat day one as the deadline. PlushCare's 30-day trial auto-converts. Set a reminder for day 25, not day 30.
  3. On a prepay or commitment plan, do the early-exit math. Found's $99 fee or Calibrate's non-refundable upfront can cost more than simply riding out a month-to-month plan you can leave cleanly. Compare the penalty to the remaining months.
  4. Keep the medication you already received. Unused, already-shipped medication is yours. No program on our chart refunds it, so there is nothing to return and nothing to recover.

If avoiding lock-in is your main filter, start from the programs that are month-to-month with no penalty and build from there. Our price index shows the all-in monthly cost for each, and the full comparison chart lets you sort the 25 programs by cancellation terms alongside price and medication type.

Frequently asked questions

Which GLP-1 programs have no cancellation fee?

Most of them. Mochi, 9amHealth, Medvi, Noom Med, Lemonaid, Hims, Ro, and PlushCare are all month-to-month with no termination fee on our May 2026 read. The programs that do charge to leave early are Found ($99 early-termination fee on its multi-month plan) and Calibrate (non-refundable upfront on its 3-month minimum). WeightWatchers Clinic does not charge a separate fee but keeps billing through the end of its 12-month term.

Does WeightWatchers Clinic lock you into a contract?

Yes, for the promotional rate. The lowest WeightWatchers Clinic price requires a 12-month commitment, cancellation is not self-serve (you phone support), and the cancellation only takes effect at the end of the 12-month term. A month-to-month option exists at a higher monthly price if you want to avoid the lock.

Can I get a refund on unused GLP-1 medication if I cancel?

No, at essentially every program. Once compounded or branded medication has shipped to you, it is non-refundable. That is standard pharmacy practice across the category, not specific to any one program. What varies is whether prepaid program months are refundable, and there the answer is usually no on prepay tiers, with 9amHealth a notable exception that offers a pro-rata refund.

How do I cancel Found without the $99 fee?

The $99 early-termination fee applies when you leave a multi-month commitment plan before its minimum. To avoid it, either stay through the minimum term or start on a month-to-month plan instead of the discounted commitment plan. Found also refunds the membership fee only if you cancel within 3 days of purchase or before completing your first medical consultation.

Is "cancel anytime" ever a lie?

It is rarely an outright lie, but it is often incomplete. A program can truthfully say "cancel anytime" while still holding you to a prepaid term, charging an early-exit fee, or requiring a phone call. Read the commitment length, the cancellation method, and the refund rule before you trust the slogan.
