What GLP Chart is
GLP Chart is a GLP-1 price tracker. Not owned by any telehealth company or pharmacy. We follow 33 US programs across telehealth, compounded, manufacturer-direct and retail. Quotable stats, ready to paste
Every figure here is checked every Monday against the source it came from. Quote any of it, with attribution. Want the source link behind a number? Email press@glpchart.com and we will send it.

The live numbers, as of October 19
These come straight out of the data and refresh every Monday, so your quote stays current. They use the all-in cash-pay basis: the monthly figure already includes the maintenance-dose medication.
- 33 US GLP-1 telehealth programs tracked on the chart.
- $76/mo the cheapest all-in cash-pay total, drug included (Collective).
- $299/mo the median all-in cash-pay total across all programs.
- $598/mo the most expensive all-in cash-pay total (GoodLife Health).
- 7.9x the price ratio between cheapest and most expensive on the same basis.
All-in means the monthly figure includes the maintenance-dose medication. Membership-only fees (drug billed separately) and insurance-dependent copays (a with-coverage price, not a cash total) are not counted as the cheapest cash-pay all-in, the same basis the Price Index uses.

How we verify
Every price is checked every Monday:
- We read the maintenance-dose figure straight off the program's pricing page. If a site blocks automated access, we confirm the number through a web search of the program's own materials.
- When a program runs a separate cash-pay rail and an insurance-routed rail, we report the cash-pay number.
Want to cite a specific number? Email press@glpchart.com and we will send the published source, a link to the program or manufacturer pricing page it came from.

Topics we can speak to:
- The economics of compounded GLP-1. Why the supply moved off the shortage list, how 503A pharmacies adapted, what the “personalized formulation” trend means in 2026.
- Insurance prior-authorization mechanics. The documented criteria, the appeal pathways, the denial rate by carrier where available.
- Wegovy vs Zepbound. Clinical trial versus real-world adherence, dose-response curves, the dropout problem in both pivotal clinical trials.
- Maintenance dosing and discontinuation. What happens when patients stop, the regain curve, what industry is and is not saying about lifetime use.
- Telehealth program differentiation. Which models work, which are racing to the bottom on price, which are quietly upselling into supplements and coaching.

- The price of Ozempic is a meaningless phrase The Health Care Blog, July 16, 2026.One molecule sells in five forms at seven prices, from a $25 copay to about $1,000 a month at the counter. Two numbers decide what a patient actually pays: the maintenance-dose total after the teaser price expires, and the fees stacked on top of the medication.
