  2. Shed$199 a monthcompounded semaglutideCheck price →Every medication is listed with a starting price

Strut Health is the cheapest program on the chart for another week. Its compounded semaglutide shot carries no membership bill, and no program's headline price changed.

Shed takes 30% off the first month with code Shed10. From month two you pay the maintenance price.

The movement this week was in the conditions. Sam's Club now lists the Zepbound KwikPen at $449 a month from 7.5mg up, against $499 at 7.5mg and $699 from 10mg, and the $449 holds only while each refill lands within 45 days of the last. WeightWatchers shortened its $25 Med+ intro from two months to one.

At the other end, a month of cash-pay care reaches $448 among the 20 programs with a published price. The lowest brand-name price is $299 a month, for the Wegovy pill at the maintenance dose, bought from the drugmaker's pharmacy.
