Novo Nordisk, the maker of Ozempic and Wegovy, will go by Novo
Novo Nordisk A/S stays the legal name, the Danish company said on September 14, 2026.

Novo paired the name with a slogan, "Lasting Health Starts Now," and an updated visual identity that includes the Apis bull logo. The company also set out four workplace principles under the name "The Novo Way": customer obsession, competitiveness, clarity, and care and integrity.
The announcement does not mention Ozempic, Wegovy or any price. No price on the chart changed with it.
Mike Doustdar, Novo's president and chief executive, said the new brand and culture will improve how the company operates and competes.
Novo will present its updated corporate strategy at a Capital Markets Day in London on September 21, 2026.
