We checked every price on the chart against each program's own page on Monday, September 14. Strut Health holds the cheapest price, $149 a month, with auto-refill, for the compounded semaglutide shot with the consult and shipping included.

Mochi Health, which until this month published one price at every dose, now prices by dose and prints only a floor: semaglutide from $60 a month plus a $79 membership, with no price at the dose you stay on. Until it publishes one, Mochi is off the chart.

NovoCare's Wegovy listing now carries the 7.2 mg HD pen at $399 a month, the top of its price guide. MEDVi lists a daily GLP-1 tablet from $249 a month, now on its page.
