Amazon One Medical opened cash-pay GLP-1 visits in 48 states from $39 by message and $59 by video
The visit price does not include the drug. Amazon Pharmacy bills that separately, from $149 a month for cash.

Amazon updated its own announcement page on September 15. Video care has joined direct messaging, and the cash-pay option now runs in 48 states and Washington DC. The program opened in April inside One Medical's primary care service, in the regions where One Medical has offices. What changed is the part you can buy without being a member. Amazon's page also says the on-demand service does not include prior authorization support.
The drug prices sit with Amazon Pharmacy, and Amazon publishes them on the same page. The Wegovy and Foundayo oral pills start at $149 a month for cash, or $25 a month for someone whose plan covers them. Both are starting prices. In practice that means a starter dose rather than the dose most people settle on. Amazon says the pharmacy ships to all 50 states, with same-day delivery in nearly 3,100 cities and towns.
A patient uploads recent labs, a licensed clinician reviews them by message or by video, and the clinician can write the prescription in that same interaction. Follow-up questions are included in the fee for 14 days. After that, Amazon's page says a patient going up a dose or running low on medication starts a new visit, which is a new fee.
Amazon sells two things separately: a clinician at $39 by message or $59 by video, and a drug at whatever Amazon Pharmacy charges that month. Most programs on the chart quote one monthly figure that already covers the clinician and the medication. The cheapest single-figure program is $149 a month at Strut Health, with auto-refill. Which route costs less depends on the dose you settle on.
Amazon also says it delivers GLP-1 medications to eligible Medicare patients for $50 a month. That is the federal Bridge price rather than an Amazon discount, and what a GLP-1 costs on Medicare sets it beside the cash route.
