3 changes loggedTwo listings changed this week. Eden dropped to $198 all-in after moving to a membership model ($99 membership + $99 compounded semaglutide, verified on two consecutive weekly reads). The other correction came from the program itself. Ro's communications team wrote in after our ranked-program outreach. We checked every claim against ro.co before touching the listing. Confirmed: an annual prepaid medication plan cuts the 25mg Wegovy pill from $299 to $249 per month, which puts Ro's cheapest all-in maintenance path at $323. The chart headline stays $373 on the month-to-month medication basis, the same treatment every program's prepay tier gets. Also confirmed on ro.co: Foundayo (orforglipron) joins Ro's medication list, metformin is gone, Zepbound now ships as the KwikPen, and Ro runs an insurance concierge that checks coverage free. Verification method: live ro.co pricing pages, checked 2026-07-13.
- RoRo's comms team flagged the annual prepaid medication plan: $50/mo off the Wegovy pill from month three, verified in the ro.co pricing details. At the 25mg maintenance dose that is $249/mo medication, $323 all-in. Chart headline stays on the month-to-month medication basis, consistent with how prepay tiers are treated chart-wide. ($373/mo cheapest maintenance path shown ($299 pill month-to-month + $74 annual membership) to $323/mo cheapest maintenance path ($249 Wegovy pill on annual medication prepay + $74 membership); headline stays $373 month-to-month)
- RoFoundayo (orforglipron) added to Ro's listing with its own published dose tiers ($149 entry to $299 maintenance with the manufacturer offer). Metformin no longer appears anywhere on Ro's weight-loss pages and is removed. Ro's insurance concierge (free coverage check, prior-auth filing) is now reflected in the listing. (Medication list: Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic (off-label), Metformin to Medication list: Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic (off-label), Foundayo (orforglipron); metformin removed; Zepbound via KwikPen)
- EdenEden moved to a membership model on eden.health: $99/mo membership ($39 first month) plus $99/mo compounded semaglutide, $198 all-in. Two consecutive weekly reads confirmed it; our listing followed. Tirzepatide tier still being re-verified under the new model. ($209/mo ongoing compounded semaglutide (3-month plan, no membership) to $198/mo all-in ongoing ($99 membership + $99 compounded semaglutide; $138 first month))
Week of June 29, 2026
3 changes loggedThree programs showed price movement this week. Shed raised its injectable compounded semaglutide floor from $189 to $199 per month, confirmed by multiple 2026 sources. Ro raised its month-to-month all-in from $444 to $448 after the membership fee moved from $145 to $149 per month. Hims was corrected from $299 to $448 all-in: the prior figure tracked medication cost only, not the required $149 membership. All other 29 programs held their chart-headline prices. Verification method: web_search_public (two independent sources per program, all within 90 days). 32 programs verified.
- ShedShed raised its injectable compounded semaglutide floor to $199 per month. Multiple 2026 sources confirm six medication formats starting at $199 for injectables. Oral lozenge remains at $99/mo. Maintenance doses reach $249-$299/mo. ($189/mo (injectable compounded semaglutide entry dose) to $199/mo (injectable compounded semaglutide entry dose))
- RoRo month-to-month all-in rose $4 as the membership fee moved from $145 to $149 per month. Annual prepay path unchanged at $373/mo. ($444/mo (month-to-month, Wegovy pill maintenance) to $448/mo (month-to-month, Wegovy pill maintenance))
- Hims & HersHims chart price corrected to $448 all-in. The prior $299 figure tracked the injectable Wegovy self-pay cost only; the required $149/mo membership brings the ongoing total to $448/mo. Confirmed via Telehealth Ally and Hims pricing pages, June 2026. ($299/mo (medication cost only; $149 membership excluded) to $448/mo (all-in: $299 injectable Wegovy + $149 membership))
Week of June 22, 2026
7 changes loggedSeven programs showed confirmed price movement this week across two verification passes (06-22 and 06-23). Two programs moved down: Shed's compounded semaglutide maintenance fell to $189/mo; and Strut Health published $149/mo for injectable semaglutide on auto-refill, replacing a previously unpublished estimate. Three programs moved up: Noom Med raised its Full-Dose GLP-1Rx to $279/mo (from $249); Klarity moved to $278/mo (from $249); and PlushCare's insurance copay floor rose to roughly $50/mo (from $45). Hims settled its compounded-semaglutide dispute with Novo Nordisk and pivoted to branded-only; the reported price fell to $299/mo (branded Wegovy injection self-pay) from the prior $448 compounded-era figure, but the program model changed materially. Lifeforce's medication pricing went private; the chart now carries a null all-in with an estimated $300-400/mo range.
- ShedShed's compounded semaglutide maintenance price dropped to $189/mo per a May 2026 third-party review (trytrimi.com). Entry dose still $149/mo. Tirzepatide $279/mo. ($249/mo (compounded sema, maintenance estimate) to $189/mo (compounded sema, maintenance per May 2026 review))
- Strut HealthStrut Health now publicly posts $149/mo for injectable compounded semaglutide on auto-refill and $99/mo for the oral lozenge. The prior chart figure was an unverified maintenance estimate. Confirmed June 23 via WebFetch on struthealth.com. (~$199/mo (estimated maintenance, not publicly posted) to $149/mo (injectable auto-refill, now publicly posted on struthealth.com))
- Noom MedNoom raised its standard Full-Dose GLP-1Rx from $249 to $279/mo. Microdose tier at $199/mo is unchanged. Verified June 22 via noom.com/med/pricing. ($249/mo (Full-Dose GLP-1Rx) to $279/mo (Full-Dose GLP-1Rx))
- Klarity HealthKlarity raised its bundled compounded semaglutide price to $278/mo (from $249/mo) after a $99 initial visit, now with a 3-month commitment. Verified June 22 via helloklarity.com. ($249/mo to $278/mo)
- PlushCarePlushCare's insurance copay floor rose from roughly $25 to $30 per month (most patients pay $30 or less per recent site copy). Total with $19.99 membership rises to about $50/mo. Verified June 22 via plushcare.com. (~$45/mo (insurance copay + $19.99 membership) to ~$50/mo (insurance copay + $19.99 membership))
- Hims & HersHims settled with Novo Nordisk in March 2026 and exited compounded semaglutide. New headline is branded Wegovy injection at $299/mo self-pay via NovoCare. Program model changed materially. Score needs editorial review. ($448/mo (compounded semaglutide era) to $299/mo (branded Wegovy injection, self-pay))
- LifeforceLifeforce moved GLP-1 medication pricing behind a member-only wall. The $473 figure is now unverifiable from public sources. Chart carries null with a $300-400/mo estimated range. ($473/mo to null (pricing not publicly posted; estimated $300-400/mo))
Week of June 15, 2026
2 changes loggedNo material price changes in the Monday pass. Every program verified against its published pricing and every chart-headline price held; all verified dates stamped 2026-06-15. Two data corrections applied: Ivim Health tirzepatide medication pricing updated to reflect the current 4-month supply cost of $900 (~$300/mo all-in), correcting a stale $224 figure based on an old $149 medication tier no longer offered. Sesame Care supply_primary corrected from branded to both, reflecting its active compounded semaglutide offering via the Success by Sesame program. An off-cycle verification later in the week caught one real price move: Found cut its all-inclusive plan to $169/mo cash on the 12-month plan (from $199) and $99/mo with insurance (from $149), with the monthly plan down to $289 cash. Everything else held. The compounded floor is still Mochi at $178/mo (Found's $169 is a 12-month-prepay lock-in price, not a no-lock-in flat rate, so the Budget pick stays Mochi). Manufacturer-direct checked live: NovoCare Wegovy pill $149 starter to $299 maintenance, LillyDirect Zepbound vials $299 to $449 within the refill window. Retail anchors held: Ozempic cash around $998, Mounjaro cash around $1,069, Wegovy list $1,349. The newer retail and warehouse rows (Amazon, Walgreens, Costco, Walmart, GoodRx, Sam's Club) plus Zealthy and Shed were added to the price tracker for the first time. On watch and unchanged: the NovoCare injection $199 intro and the Wegovy 4mg pill $149 rate both end after their published dates this summer.
- FoundFound dropped its all-inclusive 12-month plan to $169/mo cash and $99/mo with insurance, down from $199 and $149. The monthly plan fell to $289 cash from $299. Compounded semaglutide stays included. Verified June 20 via joinfound.com/plans-and-pricing. ($199/mo cash (12-month all-inclusive plan) to $169/mo cash (12-month all-inclusive plan))
- Sesame CareSesame now actively markets compounded semaglutide at cost via Success by Sesame, making it a genuine both program. The branded-only supply_primary was wrong; corrected to both and medications.compounded updated. (supply_primary: branded to supply_primary: both)
Week of June 8, 2026
4 changes loggedA full verification of every program ran this week; the checks ran June 5, June 7 and June 10 (the scheduled June 8 run never executed). Noom Med's published maintenance price is $249/mo (billed quarterly, $129 to start). Lifeforce's $270 semaglutide price is per 25-day supply, which works out to about $473/mo all-in. Two market moves: Found's plans page now lists $199/mo cash on the 12-month plan with the old $179 tier gone. Ivim Health removed its 12-month $75/mo medication tier, lifting its cheapest all-in to about $175. Three headlines were restated to the maintenance-dose basis: Hims, Ro and LifeMD now headline the $299 maintenance-dose Wegovy pill instead of the $149 starter dose. Three more restatements from the June 7 pass went unlogged at the time and are backfilled below: LifeMD from $224 to $298 (first-month rate to ongoing rate), 9amHealth from $100 to $149 (a retired tier replaced by the published cash membership) and Knownwell from $149 to $299 (starter-dose to maintenance-dose Wegovy pill). Two other June 7 readings, Noom Med at $279 and Lifeforce at $419, were errors; they are corrected in this entry and the tracker history. That pass also flagged Strut's $99 as an oral-lozenge entry tier and noted Ro's first-month membership reading $45. Henry Meds no longer publishes semaglutide pricing anywhere public. Its $197 is now a reported tier. Lindora's $399 offer is labeled as the last published offer from fall 2025. On watch: Henry's portal shows an 'Action Required by June 11' banner. The WeightWatchers $25 promo and the NovoCare injection $199 intro both end 6/30/26. The Wegovy 4mg pill goes from $149 to $199 after 8/31/26.
- FoundFound's plans page now lists a single all-inclusive structure: $199/mo cash on the 12-month plan ($149 with insurance) and $299/mo cash month-to-month ($199 with insurance). The $179 tier is no longer shown. ($179/mo annual program to $199/mo cash 12-month plan)
- Ivim HealthThe 12-month $75/mo medication tier is gone from Ivim's rendered pricing page. The current published structure is $600 per 6-month supply or $499 per 4-month supply, plus the $75/mo membership, so the cheapest all-in is about $175/mo. ($150/mo (12-month prepay) to about $175/mo (6-month basis))
- Henry MedsHenry's site no longer publishes semaglutide tiers anywhere public: the GLP-1 weight-management page returns 404 and marketing pages cite only the $179 liraglutide tier. The $197 figure is carried as a reported tier until Henry publishes again. Patients also report an 'Action Required by June 11' portal banner; on watch. ($197/mo published 12-month prepay tier to $197/mo reported tier; pricing shown at signup only)
- LindoraThe lp.lindora.com offer's fine print limits the $399/$499 pricing to members joining 9/1-10/31/25, a window that has passed. Lindora publishes no current rate, so the figure is now labeled as the last published offer rather than a current price. ($399 per 28-day cycle, presented as current to $399 labeled last published offer (fall 2025))
Week of June 1, 2026
1 change loggedOne real price move this week. Noom Med restructured its full-dose GLP-1Rx plan so the $129 figure is now the first-supply price to get started, and the ongoing maintenance price is $249 per month billed quarterly. Because the chart tracks the ongoing maintenance price, the Noom Med headline moved from $129 to $249. Earlier in the week Noom's own page still showed $129, so third-party listings of $279 were left out; the restructure landed by the Friday pass. One correction: WeightWatchers Clinic's listed intro price was updated to $25/mo for the first 3 months, matching the program's own published pricing; the tracked headline of $99/mo is unchanged. The other programs were verified against their published pricing and every chart headline held; Henry Meds, Eden, Medvi and Lemonaid all confirmed at their existing figures. Carried watch items: the WeightWatchers 6/30/26 promo cliff, Embla still B2B-only with no individual price, and the Lifeforce medication line still has no published figure so its all-in stays an estimate.
- Noom MedNoom's own pricing page now reads '$129 to get started' then '$249/mo after the first 4-week supply (billed quarterly)' for full-dose GLP-1Rx. The $129 is now the intro, not the recurring rate, so the tracked ongoing headline rose to $249. A third-party review listed $279; Noom's published page at $249 is the source we used. ($129/mo (treated as ongoing maintenance) to $249/mo ongoing maintenance ($129 to start))
Week of May 25, 2026
3 changes loggedA quiet Monday with three small fixes, no headline maintenance price moved enough to change a chart row. Hims trimmed its first-month membership intro from $49 to $39. Knownwell's old .com domain pivoted to a B2B SaaS, so the chart link was corrected to knownwell.co. Embla was re-confirmed as employer-only (no individual checkout). A second afternoon pass caught Found restructuring to a single all-inclusive plan and NovoCare adding a $149/mo Wegovy oral tablet.
- Hims & HersHims cut the first-month membership intro by $10, from $49 to $39. Sub-threshold: the maintenance headline ($298/mo all-in) is unchanged, so no chart row moved. ($49/mo first-month membership intro to $39/mo first-month membership intro)
- KnownwellKnownwell's .com domain now resolves to a B2B SaaS company; the healthcare site moved to knownwell.co. The chart link and logo domain were corrected. No price change. (site_url knownwell.com to site_url knownwell.co)
- EmblaEmbla's only consumer path is a 'join as an individual' footer link that loops back to the homepage. Re-confirmed as structurally B2B (employer-sponsored). Flagged for an editorial delist decision; the row stays live with no public individual headline price. (listed with an individual price to re-confirmed employer-only, no individual checkout)
