GLP-1 price changes, week by week.

No chart price changed this week. We checked all 25 programs against their own published pages. On September 1 Novo's 4mg Wegovy tablet goes from $149 to $199 a month. We flagged that expiry on August 24. The 1.5mg tablet stays $149 with no published end date, so the coupons table now prices the two doses separately. Two record updates are below.

No chart price changed this week. Novo's $149 cash price on the 4mg Wegovy pill ends August 31, and on September 1 that tablet costs $199. Every page that quoted $149 for 4mg now carries the expiry. Five other notes below cover what programs publish rather than what they charge, including Mochi confirming one price at every dose and Strut restating tirzepatide at $4.97 a day, the same $149 a month it charged before.

Two corrections. Hone Health is $315, not $185: the cheap membership we priced cannot prescribe a GLP-1 at all. Sesame is $398 after moving to a subscription. Klarity comes off until we can read a current price.

Three programs showed price movement this week. Shed raised its injectable compounded semaglutide floor from $189 to $199 per month, confirmed by multiple 2026 sources. Ro raised its month-to-month all-in from $444 to $448 after the membership fee moved from $145 to $149 per month. Hims was corrected from $299 to $448 all-in: the prior figure tracked medication cost only, not the required $149 membership. All other 29 programs held their chart-headline prices.

Two programs moved down: Shed's compounded semaglutide maintenance fell to $189/mo; and Strut Health published $149/mo for injectable semaglutide on auto-refill, replacing a previously unpublished estimate. Three programs moved up: Noom Med raised its Full-Dose GLP-1Rx to $279/mo (from $249); Klarity moved to $278/mo (from $249); and PlushCare's insurance copay floor rose to roughly $50/mo (from $45). Hims settled its compounded-semaglutide dispute with Novo Nordisk and pivoted to branded-only; the reported price fell to $299/mo (branded Wegovy injection self-pay) from the prior $448 compounded-era figure, but the program model changed materially. Lifeforce's medication pricing went private; the chart now carries a null all-in with an estimated $300-400/mo range.

Two data corrections applied: Ivim Health tirzepatide medication pricing updated to reflect the current 4-month supply cost of $900 (~$300/mo all-in), correcting a stale $224 figure based on an old $149 medication tier no longer offered. Sesame Care supply_primary corrected from branded to both, reflecting its active compounded semaglutide offering via the Success by Sesame program. Everything else held. The compounded floor is still Mochi at $178/mo (Found's $169 is a 12-month-prepay lock-in price, not a no-lock-in flat rate, so the Budget pick stays Mochi). Manufacturer-direct checked live: NovoCare Wegovy pill $149 starter to $299 maintenance, LillyDirect Zepbound vials $299 to $449 within the refill window. Retail anchors held: Ozempic cash around $998, Mounjaro cash around $1,069, Wegovy list $1,349. The newer retail and warehouse rows (Amazon, Walgreens, Costco, Walmart, GoodRx, Sam's Club) plus Zealthy and Shed were added to the price tracker for the first time. On watch and unchanged: the NovoCare injection $199 intro and the Wegovy 4mg pill $149 rate both end after their published dates this summer.

Noom Med's published maintenance price is $249/mo (billed quarterly, $129 to start). Lifeforce's $270 semaglutide price is per 25-day supply, which works out to about $473/mo all-in. Two market moves: Found's plans page now lists $199/mo cash on the 12-month plan with the old $179 tier gone. Ivim Health removed its 12-month $75/mo medication tier, lifting its cheapest all-in to about $175. Three headlines were restated to the maintenance-dose basis: Hims, Ro and LifeMD now headline the $299 maintenance-dose Wegovy pill instead of the $149 starter dose. Two other June 7 readings, Noom Med at $279 and Lifeforce at $419, were errors; they are corrected in this entry and the tracker history. Henry Meds no longer publishes semaglutide pricing anywhere public. Its $197 is now a reported tier. Lindora's $399 offer is labeled as the last published offer from fall 2025. On watch: Henry's portal shows an 'Action Required by June 11' banner. The WeightWatchers $25 promo and the NovoCare injection $199 intro both end 6/30/26. The Wegovy 4mg pill goes from $149 to $199 after 8/31/26.

One real price move this week. Noom Med restructured its full-dose GLP-1Rx plan so the $129 figure is now the first-supply price to get started, and the ongoing maintenance price is $249 per month billed quarterly. Because the chart tracks the ongoing maintenance price, the Noom Med headline moved from $129 to $249. One correction: WeightWatchers Clinic's listed intro price was updated to $25/mo for the first 3 months, matching the program's own published pricing; the tracked headline of $99/mo is unchanged. Carried watch items: the WeightWatchers 6/30/26 promo cliff, Embla still B2B-only with no individual price, and the Lifeforce medication line still has no published figure so its all-in stays an estimate.

A quiet Monday with three small fixes, no headline maintenance price moved enough to change a chart row. Hims trimmed its first-month membership intro from $49 to $39. Knownwell's old .com domain pivoted to a B2B SaaS, so the chart link was corrected to knownwell.co. Embla was re-confirmed as employer-only (no individual checkout).
