- $129 a month at Strut Health. Compounded semaglutide, injection or lozenge.
- $149 to $399 a month for NovoCare Wegovy, direct from Novo Nordisk. 6 published prices, by dose.
- $299 to $449 a month for LillyDirect Zepbound vials, direct from Eli Lilly. 3 published prices, by dose.
Checked August 31, 2026. Compounded semaglutide is made by a licensed compounding pharmacy to a prescription. The FDA does not review it for safety, effectiveness or quality, and it is not Wegovy or Ozempic.
What changed this week
Strut sells the same compounded semaglutide at $149 and at $129. Its men's page says $149. Its women's page says $149. Its plain semaglutide page says $129 a month on auto-refill, flat, with no "starting at" and no discount badge. Same shot, same auto-refill, no membership, and the consult and the shipping are in the price. Pick a gender first and you pay $240 more a year. See the $129 route
Sam's Club stopped publishing a price for the Wegovy pill. Its help page used to carry $299 a month at the maintenance dose. It's been rewritten around the Zepbound pen instead: $299 at 2.5mg, $399 at 5mg, $499 at 7.5mg, $699 from 10mg up. Wegovy is still named in the fine print, so the counter may still fill it, but there's no published price for it any more. Our listing moves to $399, the first maintenance step. $199 a month at Shed, the same price at every dose. Pay twelve months up front and it drops to $159.
$200 a month at Ivim Health: a $75 membership, free the first month, plus $499 for a four-month supply.
