The cheapest brand-name Wegovy in America runs $249 a month. Novo Nordisk won't sell it to you.

Novo set that price in March. $289 if you prepay three months, $269 for six, $249 for a year. Then it handed the pill to telehealth companies and kept its own counter out of it. Ro, WeightWatchers and LifeMD got the deal at launch. Call NovoCare, Novo's own direct line, and the same pill is $299 at maintenance doses.

Two came off the chart. Embla stopped selling to individuals in the US and now sells only to employers. Klarity's only published price traces back to a blog post from 2024, and we don't list a price we can't verify today.
