The 2026 statewide preferred drug list (live July 6, 2026) carries an obesity treatment agents class: Wegovy pens and Zepbound are preferred with prior authorization and clinical criteria; Wegovy tablets and Saxenda are non-preferred. The BMI criteria document is not published online.
