The Wegovy pill costs $149 to $299 a month at every big chain. The visit fee is the only thing that changes.
Novo Nordisk sets one self-pay price and each chain fills at it, $149 to $299 a month in cash, rising with the dose. What changes is the fee to get the prescription written.

CVS or Walgreens

Amazon Pharmacy
Amazon charges no visit fee because it only fills the prescription. You need a prescriber first, either your own doctor or a telehealth program.
Sam's Club
Sam's Club no longer posts a price for the Wegovy pill. Its pharmacy page now prices the Zepbound KwikPen only, so ask for the NovoCare self-pay price before you pay at the counter.
