- Ranking cannot be bought. We set the chart order before any commercial relationship exists, using the same five-pillar rubric on every program.
- Affiliate links never move rank. When a “Visit” link earns us a commission, we mark it
sponsored, the way FTC and Google rules require. - The price on the chart is what programs publish. Every maintenance price comes straight from the program's own pricing pages, checked every Monday. When a site blocks automated access, we confirm the published figure by searching the program's own materials. Every price cites its source, and every chart row shows the date we last checked it.
- Every clinical claim cites its source. Each one links to its registration trial or the approved prescribing information. Nothing ships without a published citation.
- Every change is dated. When a price changes or a score moves, it lands in the weekly “What moved this week” callout with the Monday it landed.
- The proof is never gated. The methodology, the scoring team, and this pledge sit on free pages. The chart has no paywall and never will.
- We delist on cause. A state board sanction, an FDA action over product safety or quality, an active FTC enforcement action, or a verified pattern of patient harm, and the program comes off. A warning letter over marketing claims does not delist a program. We pull the chart row, void any embedded score badges, and publish the reason.
