What this means in practice
The Oregon Health Plan does not cover GLP-1s for weight loss in adults. Wegovy is covered only for heart protection (established cardiovascular disease) and Zepbound only for sleep apnea (BMI 30 or higher). MASH, a fatty liver disease, is also a covered use. Children under 21 may qualify case by case (EPSDT).
