What the MHBP brochure says

We added a separate tier for covered anti-obesity medications, including GLP-1 medications prescribed for weight management. You pay 50% of the Plan's allowance for up to a 30-day supply at a network pharmacy or up to a 90-day supply through mail order, with no deductible or per-prescription cost-sharing limit.

  • No deductible applies, and no cap limits what you pay for a fill.
  • You also pay any required difference between a brand-name drug and its generic unless you get a brand exception.
  • Adults approved for one of these drugs must enroll in the CVS Weight Management Program before coverage begins and stay engaged. The brochure says the program is free.

The brochure gives 1-800-207-2208 for enrolling in the CVS program.
