There is no Mounjaro vial. LillyDirect sells Mounjaro in the single-dose pen only, $499 a month at every dose.
Lilly's tirzepatide vials are Zepbound. Compounded tirzepatide, a pharmacy-made version that is not FDA-approved and is not Zepbound or Mounjaro, is sold by telehealth programs at their own prices.
