Collective does not serve Alabama, California, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi or Washington, according to its own state answer. SnagRx serves every state except Louisiana, and in Nebraska only patients 19 or older.
So in Alabama, California, Massachusetts and Washington the two picks on our chart are SnagRx and then CoreAge Rx. In Mississippi, SnagRx serves and CoreAge Rx does not, so the second pick is Eden, which says it serves all 50 states.
In Louisiana none of Collective, SnagRx or CoreAge Rx serves. Eden is the program we show there.
The price and its condition for each state are on the cheapest GLP-1 by state page. State lists change when a program updates its own page, and we re-read them each week. Readers outside the big cash programs' reach will find more in the cash-pay guide.
