How Ro and Found differ
- Ro's price buys the Wegovy pill; Found's buys compounded semaglutide, a pharmacy-made version that is not Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro. They are not the same drug.
- At the dose you stay on, Found costs $289 a month and Ro $448, $159 a month apart.

- Only Ro discounts the start: $188 for the first month against Found's regular price from month one.

Found is the cheaper monthly: $289 all-in vs $448 for Ro Body. That's $159 a month or $1,908a year. The 12-month math matters most if you're planning to maintain on GLP-1 long-term. If you're running a 3-month trial, the $477 delta is small against the cost of stopping early on the wrong dose. If your plan covers Wegovy or Zepbound, insurance can beat both cash prices. First the program has to file a prior authorization, which is your doctor asking the plan to approve the drug.
