MEDVi sells compounded semaglutide with no membership. If you want the FDA-approved drug, Hims is the one of these two that sells it; if price decides it, MEDVi is $249 a month less, and the two programs in the box above are lower again on our chart.

Medvi is the better pick for most patients on overall scoring. MEDVi sells compounded semaglutide with nothing to sign and a quick intake. The first month is $99 and every refill after it is $199, with no membership. Its clinical record is thinner than Knownwell's.
Hims & Hers wins on how clear the price is and how fast you start. Hims writes a script the same day. There is no lock-in, and you know the name. It went branded-only after settling with Novo Nordisk in March 2026, so new patients cannot get its compounded semaglutide. The cheapest branded route is the oral Wegovy pill: $299/mo at maintenance plus a $149/mo membership, about $448/mo in total. Starter doses make the early months cheaper. The Wegovy pen and Zepbound cost more.

If cost is your main filter
Medvi is the cheaper monthly: $199 all-in vs $448 for Hims & Hers. That's $249 a month or $2,988a year. The 12-month math matters most if you're planning to maintain on GLP-1 long-term. If you're running a 3-month trial, the $747 delta is small against the cost of stopping early on the wrong dose. If your plan covers Wegovy or Zepbound, insurance can beat both cash prices. First the program has to file a prior authorization, which is your doctor asking the plan to approve the drug.
