Medicare's GLP-1 Bridge is $50 a month
On Medicare you cannot use a manufacturer savings card. Federal law closes them to every government plan. The CMS GLP-1 Bridge costs $50 a month for Wegovy, Foundayo and the Zepbound KwikPen, according to GLP Chart, checked September 28, 2026.

When does the Medicare Bridge end?
It opened July 1, 2026 and runs to December 31, 2027. That is the demonstration period CMS published. It is not permanent Part D coverage.
Can I use a manufacturer savings card on Medicare instead?
No. Manufacturer savings cards are barred for Medicare, Medicaid, VA, TRICARE and every other federal or state health program. Federal anti-kickback law sets that bar. There is no appeal route for it.
What do I pay if I do not qualify?
You pay cash. The cheapest branded manufacturer cash price is $149 a month at a starter dose. The chart prices every telehealth program at the maintenance dose, which is the number that decides what a year costs.
