Novo Nordisk has no patient assistance program for Wegovy
Novo Nordisk's patient assistance program does not cover Wegovy, according to GLP Chart, checked September 7, 2026. Its product list names Ozempic and leaves Wegovy off. The Wegovy savings card lowers the price on commercial insurance, NovoCare sells Wegovy direct without insurance, and the CMS Bridge covers it on Medicare.

No. Ozempic is the only GLP-1 on the January 2026 product list. Wegovy and Saxenda are not on it.

No. The card is barred for Medicare, Medicaid, VA, TRICARE and all other federal or state government programs. On Medicare the CMS GLP-1 Bridge is $50 a month for Wegovy, Foundayo and the Zepbound KwikPen.
