What Collective sells

Two injectable drugs and nothing else: compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. There is no brand-name Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro on the menu and no pill. Collective says the drug ships cold by 2-day express and that a doctor sets the plan.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are pharmacy-made versions that are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality, and they are not Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound or Mounjaro.

One price at every dose

Most programs charge more as the dose climbs. Collective does not: $59 for semaglutide and $69 for tirzepatide from the first dose to the top one. Spread the yearly membership over twelve months and the total is about $76 and $86 a month. No multi-month order is required. Month one, year one and the trial math.

The membership and the 21-day trial

  • You cannot buy the drug without the membership.
  • The first 21 days are free. Cancel inside them and the $199 is never charged.
  • After the trial the $199 is billed once, then again each year.
  • Collective's terms say membership fees are not refunded once charged.

How signup works

  1. Pick semaglutide or tirzepatide.
  2. Start the 21-day free membership trial, which unlocks the member price.
  3. Fill in an online health review. A US-licensed doctor reads it. No in-person visit or lab work is needed to begin.
  4. If approved, the drug ships. If the doctor says no, Collective says you get a full refund.

Where it is available

Collective says it serves 44 states. It does not serve Alabama, California, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi or Washington. Every GLP-1 cash price we track is on one page.

Who it suits and who it does not

Suits someone paying cash who wants a fixed price that will not rise with the dose and expects to stay on treatment long enough to use a yearly membership.

Does not suit anyone in Alabama, California, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi or Washington, anyone who wants a brand-name drug or a pill, anyone who wants to bill insurance, and anyone likely to stop inside the 21-day trial.
