Medicare on January 1
Medicare's negotiated price for Ozempic, Rybelsus and Wegovy becomes $274 for a 30-day supply, down from a 2024 list price of $959 (CMS fact sheet on 2027 negotiated prices). That is what the plan pays, not your copay, and Part D still does not cover Wegovy for weight loss alone.
For weight loss, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge charges $50 a month through December 31, 2027 if you qualify. The Bridge checker shows whether you qualify.
