Does Wellcare Medicare cover GLP-1 medications?

Yes for some conditions and no for others. The table below has each one.

No for weight loss alone. The 2003 Medicare Part D statute bars it. Wellcare covers Wegovy for cardiovascular risk, Zepbound for sleep apnea, and the diabetes brands for type 2 diabetes, when the drug is on your plan's formulary.
